Probably the best McDonald's in town, they always get my order right, the food while still McDonald's, is always hot and fresh.... They also actually fill you drink, not leave it half full. They know customer service unlike MOST McDonald's in town. Read more

We have gotten big mac's for sacks for years and we were never limited to how many order because we have people in our house we... ask for five orders. For some reason the last time we went, they were out of big Mac buns on Stateline and they had never heardof being able to order more than one order in the drive through at the other store on Wornall. It very disappointing when youknow you have order things and they change the rules because they are I don't know too lazy to make your order. If we are payingfor five then the deal should be honored for five. It's obvious customer service is not something cared about at any of thesestores. You can't even reach a manager or anyone to let them know what is going on. As much money as these stores make thereshould never be an issue. Read more
The Avis location in Grandview, MO saves the day for us. After the computer canceled our reservation, the gentleman at the... Grandview location was very helpful by helping us finding another car from a different location at the same rate. He made allthe phone calls to make sure our situation was resolved. So, we went to the location in independence, MO for a replacement car.At the location Independence, it was the same treatment of classiness, kindness and care for us. Thank you very much. Service was decent enough. But McDonald?s is way overpriced nowdays for what you get, not to mention quality. My son and I dined... in, fries blazing hot, sandwich cold and small. We never take him here so I thought I?d surprise him. My complaint has little todo with the staff or location. McDonald?s just sucks now and is not the value it used to be. Read more
