This location is the closest to me. I go out my way to not go here.The services is trouble the women all have bad attitudes. The... Manger a older guy is rude also and he has worked there for years.It o ly a few older worker that are nice and good and I feelsorry for the crews they have to work with. The other night I tried to go here and the guy took the car in front of me order for2 chicken sandwiches after he sat for 15 minutes and he said he was going to take my order but never came back. When I pulledaround its just people playing and not working. I have contacted corporate before and noticed no changes. I'm done with thislocation and will take me money elsewhere. Read more
first, the automated order taking system didn?t get my whole order and was telling me to pull forward despite not having my... whole order. so I get it to add to my order finally, then I pull up and there is no one at the first window. I sit there a bitfor maybe 30 seconds because the light is on and there are no signs saying it?s closed, but there is still no one there.Eventually I pull up to the second window because there are cars behind me waiting too. so I get to the second window and in myrear view I see the car behind me paying at the first window.. so I tell the lady handing me food (before she hands it to me)?hey I haven?t paid because no one was at the previous window but looks like maybe they are now? and she says ?oh.. uh, okay Isee that. I can?t do anything about that from here.. you can back go around and see if she still has it on her screen when youget back?? I was just. amazed. that that was the suggestions.. it was a long line I waited through already, and she genuinelyjust asked me to wait through the line again without even being certain if should place my order at the kiosk again or not.. soI just left and went to taco bell immediately across the street. I will never order from this store! At 01:30am there's a line of cars around the building, a 45 minute wait time or longer. A... half dozen Door Dashers have been waiting over an hour to get our orders to our customers. Read more
whoever the hiring manager is here needs to be fired. There's literally only two workers and they're running around like the... floor is made out of hot coals and there's a manager just standing there on her phone. Or at least she said she was the manager.But these two actual workers are running around taking care of both the lobby and the drive-through when it is packed both inthe drive-through and in the lobby and they're trying their absolute best but the managers literally just sitting here watchingus and watching these two workers do everything while she's on her phone. And when I asked the two workers why there wasn'tanybody there that night they Told me that their manager wasn't giving them an explanation why they were the only two workersfor the entirety of the night. Food was fine. Restaurant was clean as far as I could tell. Went through the drive through and first was approached by a man... asking for money while I waited for 6 minutes listening to an employee talk about going on break , clearly not aware her speakerwas on . Finally took my order rather in the coldest way possible. Besides telling me my total I was not spoken to at eitherwindow. I've worked fast food. I get it. It is hard and they are underpaid children , but a little customer service goes a longway guys. I will make a.point to go out of my way ho not visit this location again. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been too and I?ve been in KC my whole life(25 years).... They are rude, don?t show any remorse for mistakes they make, and I doordash sometimes and I have NEVER completed an order as adriver If I went here for pickup. I?m calling coprate I have pictures of them standing in there and ignoring customers. I?vewent here for multiple orders and talked to at lest 6 or more dashers standing outside the window at once and they NEVER come. Ican?t wait till it?s shut down and I damn near won?t rest till they do. I?ve lost a lot of money picking up here and I?m not theonly one. The picture is how many doordash orders are sitting at the pickup window. And that?s only one time I went. Every othertime it was the same way. No coworkers addressed us or looked at us. Ordered a Big Mac in the drive thru. Was told to pull around so they could cook it. Waited about 15 minutes and they finally... brought it out. Hubby took a bite and then spit it right back out. The top patty was raw all the way through. Went back aroundthe drive thru, was told the manager would talk to us. As we pulled around to the 2nd window we seen what must have been themanager, hand over our remade burger to the employee at the window and walked away before we could even say anything. Read more
It's good but I can't visit there often I like to spend time planning and preparing meals. Food out of convenience is unhealthy... generally speaking. I think people mostly know this already. Yet there is still a market for McDonald's Read more
