Waited to order in the drive thru for 10 minutes. That was with me being at the intercom. The whole parking lot was empty and... the people who had already ordered were gone. McDonald?s has developed a well-earned reputation for consistently speedy and accurate service, particularly in the... drive-through, where they developed double-lane service several years ago. In fact, I?ve virtually never had a bad experience ata McDonald?s drive-through. Except this location, which has developed its own reputation for consistency ? consistently slow andsurly service. The slowest drive-through around (20-30 minutes!) combines with inattentive and sometimes rude window attendeesto create an unforgettable experience not of the kind Mickey D?s is known for. Read more

Employees took 25 minutes to prepare food that could take 2 with no one in the store. Got an entirely wrong order, and had to... wait another 20 to receive the correct order. Others from the drive-thru were also coming in dissatisfied, so I wasn?t the onlyone. I would easily give zero stars if I could, easily the worst fast food ?experience? I?ve ever had. Workers were very friendly. This was my first time stopping here. Bathrooms were clean. Lobby was clean. Lady behind the counter... was smiling and that's always a good sign that they must love what they are doing. Will come again. Read more

Who ever gave this store more than 1 star is a lair.. I?ve been here numerous times DoorDashing, and as a customer? so... disrespectful with someone?s time!! The side bar conversation, arguing, and plain out rudeness is ridiculous?
