Literally the worst McDonald?s location ever. Not going back. Drive thru took 20 minutes for a small order with only a few cars.... Not even the worst part. The worst part was ordering and receiving the food. Kept getting my order wrong when telling the guy onthe speaker. I had to scream my order multiple times for him to hear. Like how do you get ?cheeseburger? mixed up with ?BigMac???? Also asked to apply a McDonald?s app code. He asked for it and I gave the 4 digits. Upon paying for my food, my app codefood wasn?t on the order. Ok that?s cool... then receiving food, never gave me my drink and said to me have a good day as ifeverything I ordered was handed to me. The ice cream here is not fluffy, creamy like McDon's cones usually are -- it's like the soft serve at a chinese buffet. And... that's not the only thing they have obviously, service was great. The employees are doing their best. It's a high traffic area Read more
They are not opening for dine in most of the time, The tables were dirty, found mud on the door handles, They are not bringing... my order to the table, The toilets are worse. I ordered a drink with my meal but they didn't gave me the cup until I asked. Ikeep on standing at the counter for the cup for 5 minutes. However, is running with McDonald's is doing a great job clean. It's fast. It's yummy! I love the app cuz you can order it... beforehand. Even if you go in store and use the kiosk it's all set up a nice and there's a play place for the kids Read more
This place is in desperate need of new management and maybe a new team. If you are not in the drive thru they don't care about... you. I waited 10 minutes to place my order them waited another 10 minutes to get my food while a ton of cars got served and 3people after me got served. Talked to the manger Mark about my 20 minutes of wait time. He said to be fair I've only waited 10minutes. When I said I waited 10 minutes to place my order he had nothing to say. *Rating compared to other McDonalds* Pros: 1) Relatively clean interior, minus a few tables that no one had gotten to... cleaning 2) Basically had all you would want in service (employees seem nice) Cons: 1) Self kiosks direct you to grab a ?tabletent? (aka table number) before placing an order - however, no such objects existed. I ordered the BigMac meal, which comes with a drink, and chose ice water as my drink. I asked why I was being charged for the... water and was told they didn't have a button for that on the meal option. I assumed, there I go again assuming, that it would beremedied when I paid so I didn't check until I drove forward to the second pickup window. So, I was charged the full price forthe meal and an additional $0.75 for a medium water. I asked the individual at the window why the charge when my meal comes witha drink and she just gave me another water and said "I don't know what else to do." It wasn't about the money I was just tryingto understand their logic in the transaction. I do appreciate those that are working on Thanksgiving to serve us. Read more
