Fire vegetarian burrito...the espinaca dip is coo but if your expecting it to taste like José peppers don't get your hopes up!... Had a delicious Birria Quesadilla. I wish it came with more guacamole but that's not a huge issue.
Friendly but not accommodating. They have a back patio suited for a party also more private for family's with children. Was not... offered that. Drinks expensive food is awesome. I only ordered drinks and noticed that the waiter insisted on bringing my drinksas I had to walk up the the counter to place my orders. Just to see that they charge gratuity. My bill was over $400 andgratuity alone was well over $70. If I pay that much any where I better be walking away being helped. Not wanting to get anotherdrink elsewhere. I could have walked my own drinks to my table since I had to walk and order them myself. Money is not the issueit's the service. Read more

My husband and I love to come here for Mexican food over anywhere else! The staff is friendly, the owners are amazing, and the... food is always SO good. The meat in any of the dishes has always been so tender and juicy. We have never gotten something thatwe didn?t like. Don?t let the color of their margs fool you, they are SO GOOD and very strong. Their sangria is also very good!We also love their pork queso! This is our go-to spot for dinner in KC! Read more
Service was OK, but the server was so busy making drinks and taking care of customers that I had to chase her down to pay. She... was the only one working the seating area and the bar. The margarita was weird and not satisfying. It had this different flavor,ginger? Tonic water? The food I had was awful. I was surprised of how bad the food was because I asked the server what to getbetween fajitas and Shrimp Chiles rellenos. She recommended the Rellenos! And they were the worst Chiles rellenos I have ever,ever tried. The chips and salsa were OK I guess, but I did not like the salsa much. It was sweet and not like a Mexican salsa.The shrimp in the Rellenos was hard and chewy, the cheese was so melted it was a no show. The tomato based sauce on top of therellenos was weird looking and had a weird taste, with too much oregano and a grainy feel. I stuffed myself with chips and didnot eat but a few bites, I did not even finish the margarita. I will not visit again. Read more
I love Los Tules and have been going here for years. The food is always great and the staff is very tentative to their tables.... The view is great, especially with the limited patio seating. I really enjoyed watching the Kauffman Center be built whileeating here and looking at it completed today. The bar is a great conversation place. The staff doesn?t tend behind it all thetime, but you can occasionally catch them for conversation or to you get insight into what is happening in the area. Read more
