I purchased a 3piece Chicken meal 11/16/2022 about 4:30 pm. There was a piece of chicken the Leg, had a large black spot on the... outside and I pulled it apart . And it was also a Black on the meat. As if this chicken was old are Disease. The 2 Thighs werenot very Fresh. Employees need to understand if they see and a piece of Chicken is not look right. I used to enjoy their chicken pot pies a couple of times a year. Went about 2 months ago and they didn't have any. Went last... week to order 2 of them, they only had one. So disappointed, but it turned out for the best. In the past the filling wasfull of big pieces of white meat, carrots and potatoes with a creamy gravy. The one I got this time had very little meat andthe pieces were small. Lots of gravy, but few vegetables. I'm throwing the towel in on KFC. COSTCO carries Marie Calendar potpies that are quite good. And I can always have one in my freezer! Read more

I figured an hr after lunch everything should be nice and hot,no go...got a 3pc dark combo,Luke warm at best,mashed potatoes, no... go...very disappointed also very hungry so I ate it which usually doesn't happen especially with me dining in,yep look at thatleg in the box real good,I didn't even take a bite out of it yet that's how it came.... Chicken and box soaked in grease. So much so it leaked everywhere and made the chicken slimy and inedible. This isn't the first... problem I've had at this location. Never wasting my money here again. Read more

Is it me or does the kfc in the inner city make their own rules pertaining to coupons. I went to the kfc on 47th and troost and... I had a coupon,I received in the mail and it was buy a wing and breast combo for a discounted amount. I gave the cashier thecoupon and she stated that they don?t have that deal to my surprise, I looked at the the coupon to see if it was expired and itwasn?t so I asked her again what she said and she said it again they don?t have that meal so I said okay still stunned that shesaid that. Then I ordered the same meal and she just smiled while charging me way more than I could have gotten it with thecoupon. Why is it that when I go to kfc in south kc and the suburbs, there is never a problem but the two kfc in the inner citythere is always a problem with coupons and they change the way that they take their coupons at will it?s always their discretionwhether the take them or not no matter if they have kfc on them or not thank you for listening to my complaint Read more
