The food was wonderful. I had the shrimp and fries. The sauce was too spicy for me, but they also served tarter sauce. The drink choices for the daiquiris is a bit overwhelming in selections, so just asked for a suggestion. They had a DJ, music... was a little deafening. There?s not much to the inside. Good spot to stop if you want to grab a drink on the go. Ordered theCajun wings and fries. Felt like they just dumped a whole lot of Cajun season on it and called it Cajun fries and wings. Foodcame out quickly. One of the employees (maybe manager) checked in to see how the food was, very nice. Yes this is the place if you are trying to beat the heat and cool off with a delicious drink. I got the Salvy with a splash of... pineapple. Make sure you tip your waitresses oh and I believe Tech 9 has a stake in this company....The drinks hit hard andare worth the price . Got the chicken & shrimp Alfredo to go. The sauce is nothing but oil. Absolutely no flavor in sauce or chicken. Came in at... 2:40pm for the lunch special. Asked to add some shrimp to the blackened chicken Alfredo (12.99 during lunch) was told that couldbe done. Was charged $23.99 for the shrimp & chicken pasta instead which only came with 4 shrimp total so I essentially paid$11 extra for 4 shrimp. Had heard such great things about this place for so long and was so excited to support a black businessbut this definitely isn't it. The drinks are cool but as far as food I would never spend money on it again. Very disappointing. Read more
