Love it when you stop in 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time and are told that they closed early.
You guys don't deliver within your radius when I'm less than 1 mile and only 5 minutes from this wxact location and I've seen... deliveries go past my street. So i decided to pick up one day but you guys have also cancelled my order before you closedbecause you "weren't staffed enough to make 2 sandwiches 30 minutes before close" than how'd you close the store with noemployee ? I ordered online for in-store pick up. I had no idea that the restaurant was extremely busy? standing room only. When I arrived,... workers were feverishly preparing orders. I was told that there were two orders of 100 sandwiches each, in addition to otherregular orders. I didn?t catch the name of the young man who seem to be in charge, he was very tall, soft-spoken (until heneeded to call out a name for pick-up, and he plus other employees were very pleasant. In fact, I don?t think I?m the onlycustomer who noticed how well employees worked as a team in light of such large orders?because as people picked up their orders,they thanked the employees and told them to have a good day. Freaky slow! But still good sandwiches.
Completely messed up my sandwich. If they would read the receipt to see what I ordered, we wouldn't have a problem. Also takes... forever to get your order. They're too focused on getting the online orders done, so they have tons of people standing aroundwaiting. Read more
The staff here is super helpful friendly and ready to help no matter what the situation. Today I ordered a big Vito for delivery... but it never arived! I called to see what happened I was told my sandwich had been delivered! So I drove to the shop and by thetime I got there a second sandwich was ready! After many unnecessary apologies for the error I said ,"oh well everybody makesmistakes " came home and enjoyed my meal with my lovely bride! Thank you for the great meal and service! I got there and ordered and the staff was already pretty standoffish. Then they get my order wrong and get fussy with me for... telling them?and then they get it wrong again. Won?t go back. Read more
