The man at the drive thru was very rude and rushed us through our order saying "i have a lot of tickets". They didnt give us any... napkins and gave us the wrong amount of straws. This was my 1st visit to the broadway location and the man working the drive thru window was wonderful. Maybe he was able to see... what a difficult day I was having as my father had just passed away that morning.
