First time here, food was okay, customer service was terrible and restaurant staff were unprofessional. It was a group of seven... people, server placed all waters in one side of the table and asked for us to pass them down. Server didn?t even ask if wewanted any beverage drinks. We waited for our food for 30 minutes, they brought us the vegetable plate for our pho. They wantedus to share one vegetable plate for four people who ordered pho. We asked for our individual vegetable plate, only gave us asmall serving. Any other pho places give you your own vegetable plate with the pho. I ordered the grilled pork rice. I had expected pork chop but instead was served pork slices. The dish itself was just average.... I enjoyed the pho broth that came with the meal though. It was hearty and savory. Also I didn?t expect it so it was a pleasantsurprise. The Thai tea tasted a bit artificial. Service was cordial and friendly. Environment is dark but I?m guessing it used to be a bar. You can see they have many pots of broth going in their kitchen which... is pretty cool. Wings are well done. They don?t t look great but the chicken is crispy not dry. the seasoning and toppings ofonion and jalapeño is reminiscent of ?Asian salt & pepper calamari or shrimp?. Pho broth is on the sweeter side and the brothcame out nice and hot. We asked for a small bowl N??c Béo or fatty broth and they brought some out after asking the kitchen ifthey had any. They had tons of people coming in for take-out. We probably won?t come back for the Pho but would for the wingsand to try something else when we travel here for business. Read more
I just left this place and it?s a 5/5!! When we (me and my husband)got there we got our waters from one guy! Then the server... came around to take our order and she looked to be the only one. It got so busy with in this time frame as well! The otherworker was in the back but with almost 35-40 people in the restaurant and one person serving, she did awesome! The food was alsovery good and I enjoyed my experience!! Cost was well worth it! I don?t normally review places but this one is worth it! Husbandgot Curry ( big plate) and ice coffee . Great name, great food, great staff, overall great place! The serving sizes are quite big, a really nice place for lunch then... Have leftovers for dinner! The egg rolls were amazing! I'm not sure what the sauce was that came with it, but it definitelyworks with the egg roll. 10/10 will be coming back! Read more
