Are you even from KC if you haven?t had In-a-tub?! Always delicious! The hot sauce isnt hot and really isn?t any different then... the mild sauce. I always get meat,bean, and cheese. Came to In-A-Tub by pure luck/chance. My wife looked for a taco place and to both of our surprise it was amazing.... The tacos... were filled with meat and had a familiar but more filling taste. They taste like Jack In The Box tacos but bigger and betterfilled. The reason why I gave it Five Stars is not because of the tacos but because of the surprise taste of their burger. Iordered the large pocket Cheez burger just as is. The reason I order as is, is because that's how you taste the restaurantstrue way of making their burgers. What I tasted was what I have been looking for in KC since I moved here. A unique burgertaste that I have not found anywhere else not even in Cali where I'm from. The burger reminded me of when I was young at schooland they gave sloppy joes. Those sloppy joes were the reason I ate there. That's what this burger reminded me of and it wassatisfying. This will be my go to place for burgers here at KC. Read more

This is really good food when you're intoxicated after a night out. Decent tacos, the fried pickles and corn nuggets were good,... but my girlfriend didn't like her fried mushrooms. We won't return sober lol Read more
First off this place may not appeal to most people, but if you know, you know. This is a northland institution "Famous for... tacos". The service is fast, friendly and always pleasant. If you've never heard of powdered cheese before then you need to tryIn a Tub. I gotta give em' 5 stars just for that. I know "powdered cheese" may not sound appealing but you just HAVE to try them if you get the chance. Only downside is they are... pretty busy sometimes but that should just tell you that you aren't making a mistake. Regular tacos - extra hot. That's reallyall you need to know but if you are want something on the side, I recommend fried mushrooms. Read more
Wow! First time experience with this popular local taco joint! Any foodie that is looking to voyage to the unknown for some.... These fried tacos WITH POWDERED CHEESE!??! Please forgive me for thinking of Chester Cheetah and any of his quotes. LOL ????Folks, I enjoyed this lunch with Meat, Bean and Cheese tacos and a pocket burger. It was great! It was the break from the normof ordinary eating fast food spots. Look, take a Saturday or Sunday drive up north by the airport ( If you're not local) Walk inand order you some goodness of powder cheese fries tacos and do that little dance of happiness after the first bite.
