Seated quickly but we were the only customers in the building. Now I know why! It reeked of sewage. Bathroom was filthy. A... hair in food, waffles cold and chicken fingers burnt. Mashed potatoes are instant. And when we asked to get crepes to go... themanager/waitress said they were out and that her cook didn't know how to make them. Asked for sweet tea, she said she had nonebecause she was cleaning the pot. However, we never saw her doing so. This was the absolute most horrible experience we havehad dining out! Read more
Got seated pretty quickly and got to order quickly as well. Waited 20 minutes for our food and every single order was wrong.... Waited another 20 mintues, one meal was still wrong and undercooked, a side was missing, and another order only had half of whatwas on the menu. Only one order was correct, but it was cold. Read more
Usually go to his IHOP once in awhile but today was just awful. The manager decided to clean the restroom. Using very powerful... cleaner like ammonia. Choked us out. I asked to move then the tables are off centered spilled my cup of coffee. The waitressannoyed us. It was just a horrible experience plus the prices are crazy I recommend Big biscuit taste better and plus you getyour money's worth. Read more
hot & fresh pancakes always. just like every other place, iHop has jacked their prices up. 3 meals was $50.
Did take out 3 different times and each time our orders were incomplete! Had to go back to get what was missing. No apologies... were made, no credits were given, and worst off all, no offers to remake what had been sitting on their counter for over 40minutes!!! Had to take the rest of our meal home and put it in the microwave! Today, again, our order was shorted. Out of 3meals, only one was correct. Luckily we checked before leaving. No stars if I could.....staff saw us come in and stood around several minutes before seating us. It was like we were a bother to... be there. It was absolutely the worst experience we have had in a great while...I do not, have not or ever return to thislocation again. To dine here was a total disaster and would not recommend it to anyone. Service was fine at first, however the food was horribly put together, more so the crepes but even my burger was dry, the... milkshake warm, and the fries were poorly seasoned. Was hoping for a nice dinner with my significant other but instead wastreated to a poorly put together meal. Read more
