As a proud member of Kansas City?s own CC Brunch Bunch! A family crew that loves to brunch and review establishments based on... quality of food for your buck, cleanliness, service, and the brunch experiences total VIBE! This establishment was all acrossthe board AMAZING. Our wonderful server Gabe, was great from start to finish! The food arrived in fair time even though it was apacked house, and the food was delightful! One thing we?ve noticed when visiting Kansas City?s many brunch locations nowadays,we?ve seen the downhill spiral of over worked servers due to being short handed, and also moral being extremely low. Thisestablishment was up beat, kind from start to finish and with all of their fresh food Home grown, it was all around DELICIOUS!We can?t wait to stop in again very soon! Read more
We dropped by for breakfast this morning and had a great meal! The coffee cake, lemon ricotta pancakes, omelette and BLT AE are... a must try.m! The service was OUTSTANDING! Even the pickiest of our kids really enjoyed it too! Read more
A great new addition to the Brookside restaurants. Easy to find right on the corner of Wornall and 63rd with ample parking in... front and on the west side. This breakfast only place is open early from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm 7 days a week. The atmosphere andfood are great! Only surpassed by the friendly service. Our server, Mattie, was really helpful with out hovering. I had thebiscuits and gravy with bacon and rosemary potatoes and the princess enjoyed the limon French toast with the mango tango todrink. Everything was done well, served hot and quickly. We arrived with out reservations just after 9 am and were seatedalmost instantly by the time we finished just after 10 there was a line out the door and down the block! Just delicious! Everything we got tasted so yummy. Our waitress was really helpful and suggested good items on the menu. I went... in wanting eggs Benedict but the salsa verde pork & eggs she suggested sounded really good. I asked her if I could combine thetwo they customized the dish with no extra charge! The coffee cake was the best I?ve ever had! It was warm and came with syrupyou get to pour on top. Yummy yummy yummy! Hazelnut latte and the honey bee were pretty good. Went for their unbelievable sweet potato pancakes and homemade pop tarts. They were some of the best pancakes I have ever had.... They even had little chunks of sweet potato cooked in! The biscuits and gravy were perfectly accompanied by crispy littlebreakfast potatoes. A and the homemade pop tarts had a perfect pastry texture (the frosting was a tad too sweet for me,shockingly). Lastly, but by no means any less important, the staff were so friendly! A definite must try spot that fullysupports local KC! Read more
