The guy taking orders was really mean to us. He kept interrupting us saying the total after each item and we?d have to mention... we?re not done ordering?. We only got two burgers and a shake this guy had no chill. Then he starts ignoring us midway to talkto another customer takes his order and talks to the kitchen staff. So of course when we get our burger he took the order wrongsince it was missing cheese and bacon which we were charged for. Really sad and then the kicker on top is the 9 dollar burgermeat looked nasty. Read more

We Had cheese burger with everything like, grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato,ketchup, pickles. The sandwiches was... amazing and tastes so good it didn't last long and We shared a large fry we had plenty to share it all left you feeling youwanted more but you were so full you couldn't. We will definitely go back for more. Read more

I stopped in today after a short 3 mile jog & place an order for fries. The male cashier took my order & probably noticed that... my shirt was half sweaty so he offered me complimentary water. I said no but changed my mind to yes & thanked him. I waited anice while for so I went to check on my order & the guy who was working on the fries said he didn?t forget mine is coming upnext. I thanked him. A couple minutes later he called my number & when I went to pick up my fries he apologized for the wait &they may be a couple extra fries in there for me. I laughed & said awesome.. Normally I love Five Guys. It's my preferred "Fast Food" Burger spot. This location wasn't great. There seemed to be only... teens/young adults working, which is completely fine and normal. I know there's a labor shortage, so I try to remain patientand consider the fact that maybe they're new/recently trained. But the restaurant was fairly busy and none of the staff weremoving quickly. I ordered my food online and it said 10-15 minutes. When I got there at 10 minutes, they told me my food wasstill being prepared (no problem). But then I proceeded to wait for nearly 30 minutes. As I was waiting, I watched the staffmove extremely slow, there was no efficiency or speed or rush to get things made or speak to the customers standing in line orwaiting for orders. When I got home, our food was already cold, the fries were sub-par, and the burger was poorly cooked. Withthe price you pay ($9/burger), I'd expect a better quality product and somewhat faster service. Read more

We ordered one thing. One. Fries were limp, not crispy. Excellent customer service by the only person wearing a lovely black... mask...at the register! Bravo sweetie, we appreciate YOU!!!! She's our 5* favorite! Everyone else breathing on the food needs toMASK UP THOSE VAPORS FROM YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE. Some wore gloves, others did not. No masks observed in cooking areas. I'massuming food handling & cleanliness are optional at this location. Won't be back once we realized these practices. Ew.???? ????Please note they do not respond to their grossness reviews ie. After hearing so much positive stuff about Five Guys I recently had the chance to check it out. While eating one of my fave... snacks..salted ???? in the shell (I love working to get the peanut out of the shell) that are free to eat while waiting foryour order, my sister guided me through the order process. She suggested sizes to order. A few peanuts later our order wasready. Everything is a la carte. She raved about the fries which were plentiful. Salted to perfection. My order was a baconcheeseburger. I didn't know you had to request what garnishments you wanted. Before our order was ready my sister asked one ofthe employees to add lettuce and tomato. It was one of the most satisfying burgers taste wise and size wise. I highly recommenda visit. Remember you need to mention the garnishments you would like on burgers. Enjoy! Read more

I waited for my order, and went I got home I saw that they gave me old stale fries!!! If they are charging premium prices I... expect premium quality. I had to throw both order of the fries away. Absolutely terrible for the price they are making peoplepay! Read more

We were the first walk-in order in store, yet we waited a total of 18 minutes for our order of a burger and a little fries. This... does not match with my other experiences at other locations. The fries did not taste freshly fried either. The staff seemed busybut were not able to deliver orders in a timely and organized manner. Read more
