Ordered on line at 2:04 for 5:40 pick up. Got there and 30 minutes later we got our order and had to wait in line behind ... walk-in customers. It was suppose to be grab and go. All sandwiches had to much mayo tomato etc. and my prime rib had moretomato than meat. Not happy. Read more
I hadn't been to Firehouse Subs in several years but I received a free medium sub for my birthday so I figured I would check... them out again. When I received my sandwich and got home, I opened it up expecting the sandwich to look like it used to..butunfortunately, I was rather disappointed. The portion size of meat on my sandwich was probably a third of what it used to be. Ittasted pretty good, but nothing like it used to be. Very sad because I probably won't return. I started going to this location when I started working in the area so some of the staff remembered my order. I go in today... after not going for quite a while and one of the staff automatically remembered not only my specific order but remembered myname as well! Everyone is always super nice and inviting and the food is always delicious! I refuse to go anywhere else when itcomes to firehouse! Read more
Tried to call in order but they said we had to come into the store to order. Show up to the store, but can?t get items in our... order like meatball sandwich or bowl of chili because the things keeping these items warm have been shut off. Should we justknow these things are off the menu at 8pm when they don?t close until 9? Well, we know now! Still don?t get why they refused totake a phone order, would have saved us both some time. Avoid if it?s within an hour of closing time! Oh! And half of the drinkswere ?unavailable?. Staff took 24 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a salad out. Overall frustrating trip. Read more
Everything from the bread to the veggies and especially the meat were extremely fresh and perfectly seasoned. I love the slight... chew to the bread and I'm glad they are not stingy with the veggies. Just overall, amazing quality. I just wish the prices werea little bit better. Read more
Great crew, great management, fast friendly service. A few managers know everyone including my name and order by heart as soon... as we walk in the door. Shout out to the manager Aaron, always cracking jokes and greeting everyone on first name bases. Storeis always clean, food is always fresh, made to order, and hot. Read more
