Got our order all wrong. Ordered Caldo Tlalpeno with lime wedge on the side - nope received Caldo De Pollo and no lime wedge.... Order 3 hard shell tacos - nope received 3 soft shell tacos. I quickly checked my order before driving away but didn't open thecontainers. Just made sure we had two containers and soup. I know better now. Very disappointed in this place. Has gone downhillin the last little while. Got charged extra but received sub par service. I'll go to Taco Bell next time. Read more

1st time going to the one out north. Purchased fajitas for 2 cost $36. I was given a 2 ounce salsa for 2 people and was told I... would have to pay $$$ if we wanted more. No napkins or silverware. The avacado slices weee black. The ratio of onions to meatwas 3 times the onions per portion of meat. . All around disappointment. We will never go back. Read more

Had pork verde and street tacos. Pretty authentic which I like but I wasn't impressed with the tacos at all and the verde was... good but just ok. Steak and chicken were over cooked and kinda dry. Plus I tend to like shredded chicken instead of diced forstreet tacos for the moisture. Rice seemed fairly low quality as well. Kinda hate what food pricing has done to restaurants! We had the shrimp tacos, cheese dip, quesadillas, and the combo fajitas. Everything was very delicious and fresh. The service... was spot on. The food had the perfect flavor and just enough seasoning, everything tasted authentic. We will definitely be back! Read more

The beans and rice are good but when ordering at a Mexican restaurant one would expect a real Mexican burrito not hamburger... meat. I tried the burrito but it is not good at all. Overall the experience was good but slow. Read more

I?ve eaten at the independence location multiple times and the foods excellent. I ordered a the sausage cheese dip side 06/11/22... and when I got home there was literally a layer of grease that was on top and head leaked out of the container. I?m sorry butwhoever packaged the food could CLEARLY see a layer of grease and still gave it to the customer ? now I should have checked itprior to leaving ? . Maybe dining in would be okay but take out for me is a no no never again. Read more

Nice atmosphere, chips and salsa are good, my food came out very fast! I only ordered a chicken taco meal with no cheese. The... chicken could have been a little more flavorful but there was a good amount on the tacos. Very friendly, will visit again! Read more
