After several weeks of coming to this dunkin, I can now officially change my review. While they are still accurate with my... coffee (90% of the time), they never update their app as to whether the lobby is open or not, so its a roulette game, might waitan hour in the drive through so don't order ahead too early or you'll have watered-down coffee. They at first answered theirphones so you could verify if they were open or not, but this has stopped. Dropped to 2 stars, need to update app appropriatelyand answer your phone. Read more

I went in to purchase a dozen long Johns and there were only 8 left. They told me that was considered a special order and could... only give me 4. The customer service asked another employee about giving them all to me and she said a certain man comes therein the afternoon and usually buys 4. Soooo make sure you order a day ahead or they will NOT sell what you want. I will nevershop at this store ever again. Read more

Went to this location and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes to order someone finally asks the three of us inside if... we had mobile orders and then proceeded to say well the lobby is only open for mobile orders?? seriously??!! If your not goingto be order for someone to come up and order (which isn?t hard) you shouldn?t be open at all inside or put a sign up. See ya!I?ll stick to Starbucks Read more

not enough employees to keep the store open which forces everyone thru the drive thru which equals looooong waiting hours and... cars almost hitting each other to get into the drive thru line , which is NOT at all the employees who work here faults, Dunkinneeds to pay their employees more , it?s a billion dollar business . Otherwise love this Dunkin?s I?ve been a regular here foryears :) Keep up the good work to all the staff , we appreciate you Read more

Today, for the second time, my ice chai tea latte was made incorrectly. This time they put coffee in it, I do not like coffee so... terrible surprise there. They also gave me five completely wrong donuts. Another time they gave me iced coffee instead of icedtea... took a big drink and gagged. I know staffing can be difficult right now, but they really need to improve whatever isgoing on. Read more

The coffee here tastes straight outta a 1 star hotel and the donuts we could order (limited options)were very dry. We also found... this in one of the donuts and needless to say we are VERY dissaponted! Read more

The coffee is underwhelming and inconsistent. Never any variety of donuts, no matter the time of day. The workers look like they... hate their lives and consistently make mistakes, which would be okay if they were just nice about it. After ordering an avocadotoast and opening the box to find a brown smear of avocado on a flimsy piece of bread, I never wanted to try their food again. This place just feels gross. I'd rather go broke drinking Starbucks. Read more

I used to love coming to this Dunkin- I order iced matcha lattes from here all the time, but lately I?ve found myself pretty... disappointed. I get it, it?s dunkin, and it?s not going to be ?top-tier? but the last couple times I?ve gotten this order, thedrink seems to have been blended with ice leading to an ice-chip filled drink/basically a frozen drink. I get it that matcha isa powder and has to be mixed with water, but I guess I?m not understanding why it is now being basically blended with ice like afrozen drink. I?ve never had a problem with this drink before. When I asked the drive through attendant why there was so manyice chips in there he informed me they ?spin? it with ice. They had never done this previously so I was a little confused. Ipolitely asked him if he could like strain it out over some regular ice so I wouldn?t be drinking ice chips; visibly annoyedwith me, he took it back to do so. When he brought it back, it was clear that he just poured out some of the drink and piledmore cubed ice on top (I will include a photo for reference). They also forgot the cold foam I had paid for on top and whenasked to do this, he again seemed visibly irritated that I was asking him to do his job. I am not usually a ?Karen? per se, as Imyself work in the service industry and understand mistakes are made and how frustrating customer complaints can be at times.Don?t get me wrong, I still drank it and it was delicious, but eating ice chips after every sip is less than ideal and honestlyannoying. But truly the energy I was met with after politely asking for it to be fixed (not even remade, just poured out ontoregular ice) was really uncalled for. I know Dunkin doesn?t care about my $6 a day business, but like come on dude. Read more
