Not bad coffee, hate their donuts. Anyway, pretty good location and the staff are friendly, helpful and quick.
Expensive, but not the store's fault. I truly understand it's a corporation issue, but hash browns were cold and tough to bite... in to. That area stays busy, so I expected a little more upbeat service. No harm. No foul. Read more
Just went I. And asked if they had two specific type donuts. The lady working didn?t even come out from back- said no in the... snottiest tone to both types. No helpful attitude as if we were bothering her! We noticed a car in drive through -kept turningtheir head looking help. Nope. She wasn?t going to help. Horrible service. Don?t know about the donuts. It's Dunkin' Donuts so you know what you're getting. What you don't know is the staff are fantastic and they always give you... great service. Very friendly and I would say faster than some of the other locations in Kansas city. The difficulty getting outof that parking lot and South back to the highway keep me from giving you the full five stars. Read more
