I placed an online delivery order 5 different times at the Prairie View location. It kept getting cancelled. After the second... time I called the store. I was on hold for 13 minutes and no one ever answered. I proceeded to place the same order 3 more timesin hopes that it would work. It didn?t. I asked in the ?special notes? for someone to please call me and let me know what?sgoing on. No one did. Their phones have been messed up for weeks. I needed to call to change something on my order two weeks agoand the same thing happened. I was still on hold when the driver arrived that night. They need to get their s*** togetherbecause I order from them often but two times in a row of extreme frustration is about it for me. Read more
Waited an hour and a half for my order. No one answered the phone when I called multiple times. Delivery took about 40 mins. Got... a notification said it was delivered, which it wasn't. Drove up to store and significant other called 10 mins after I leftsaying they were finally delivering the order after I was notified. Dominos is no longer getting our business. Read more
Such an unprofessional and uncaring store. The LAST thing they are is customer focused. I got two pizzas, one completely wrong,... all smashed and smashed in the box. They stacked the pepperoni on there to where the pizza was just doused in grease. Also themushrooms were whole and not even sliced. Then I attempted to get a refund and Domino's wouldn't do it. Order was marked as delivered, but the food wasn't anywhere. We contacted the store and they said it was still on its way, but... it never showed up. The store wouldn't answer the phone after that, and I never was able to get refund for the order. I evencontacted customer service and got no assistance. I will not be ordering from Domino's again- this is ridiculous. Read more
Was a horrible experience. Ordered 3 pizza?s only two showed up. Then called was told they never heard or seen my order had to... give them several pieces of information before I was told, other one would be on the way took over an hour and a half to show upand was cold. Called waiting for it and the person was rude I asked his name and he hung up on me twice. Called again themanager didn?t even know what was going on. The manager should always know what is going on that?s the point of being a manager.Also still charged me the full amount! Read more
***Adding a comment to my prior*** The store Manager (Brandy I believe) did end up refunding my entire amount, and offered an... apology for the events below. The night staff evidently decided that working was not going to be their thing that night andshut off the phones as well as not preparing any food for the evening. But, they did refund my money. Ordered pizza on06.12.22, the pizza was ordered at 8:33pm with a supposed 50-60 minute wait. Come 10 P.M. there was still no pizza delivereddespite receiving a text from them that the delivery was on its way. I called the store phone number online and hung up at await time of 11 min. 43 sec., I am still trying to get through to the store to get my refund processed with no progress still. I will need to visit in person. around 10:30 P.M. the tracker finally said it was completed, but we never received anything!!!Thank goodness I had some frozen chicken nuggets for the kiddo! Save yourself the time and order from somewhere else, thesepeople can not even answer a phone. Read more
I can?t say anything about delivery, just carry out. It?s not bad. The pizza itself is a bit lower quality than other Domino?s... I?ve ordered from, but the service is pretty quick and they?re friendly. Sometimes all of the toppings are clustered on like oneslice of pizza. But not bad. Most of the negative comments seem to be about delivery. Read more
The pizzas arrived in a timely fashion however the crust was almost raw!!! I called the store and they offered a refund. I... declined since I was going to bake it some more and eat it plus I didn't want to have to go through the hassle. However!! I willnot order from Dominoes ever again. This is the 3rd time I have had a problem with their food. Pizza Hut is the only place Iwill order pizza from now on. I would give them a - 1 if I could. Read more
