I would give 0 stars if I could. We have tried to order online from this location twice. Both times our order got cancelled... because they "start closing up" before they're actually closed. The second time we got a call and they said they stop takingorders at 7:30 when our order was in long before that. Female manager was extremely rude and hung up on us. Horrible service.Update your hours if you're going to basically close before you're actually closed. So stupid. Read more

Online order somehow didn't get to the store so I was late to work w no lunch. Manager said he'd fix but would take a day,... called again next day when nothing was reimbursed and was hung up on by very rude female manager. The male manager wanted tohelp and I was grateful to but whoever the female was that took my call 11:20 8/11 clearly doesn't care about customers andshould not be working customer service! Sorry I can't give it zero stars. 2 hour delivery. Call to ask where your food is and they just lay the phone down, chat with... buddies, come back and hang up on you. Was finally delivered ice cold food and the delivery person was incredibly rude. Tweetedmy experience, got an immediate response from corporate who told me someone from the store would be contacting me. Not holdingmy breath because after 5 days, still no response. Everyone in this store should be fired and replaced by people who want tospend less time socializing and more time focused on work. Read more

Unfortunately I received my pizza (6/24) and this is the state it was in... very greasy, misshapen, cheese missing, and cold. ... Now the first issue was with the location however my second issue is now with the company.
