I usually go to this Chipotle because it's close to my house.. this time was the last time I'll go to this one.. I just went... there to order my food like normal. There was one guy doing the other lady's order and he was about done with her order. No onelooked at me or acknowledged me standing there. There was a guy cooking the chicken, black lady washing something and two otherpeople in the kitchen spot in the front and no one looked at me. I was there for like 3 min wondering if I was going to be takencare of. It wasn't that busy but there is no excuse for bad customer service. Read more
I was unable to order due to the grill having issues (supposedly) but i was told that they were only taking online orders and u... had to order onmine. I asked to speak to a manager and the guy at the door who claimed to be security was dumbfounded and juststayed quite like he was lost. I had to eat someplace else. There was no sign on the door giving any indication that they wereonly taking online orders and I was forced to spend my money else where. This is one of the worst chipotles they have. We will not be going here again, for dine in or takeout. We ordered two bowls. One with extra meat, didn?t appear they put any... more than normal amount of meat on it. The other was half barbacoa and half chicken, and not very much of either. The barbacoathey put on that bowl was mainly a huge piece of fat that I had to pick out. The chicken was charred. Both bowls had barely anyrice, or any beans. I used to be able to get two full meals out of a bowl. After I picked out all of the inedible parts, I atealmost all of what was left. Waited in line 20min, wish I could've left but was there to pickup for someone. Looked fully staffed with 4 visible people up... front, the slowest chipotle I've ever seen in my life. I rarely leave disliking reviews but these people seemed to be slacking,and my burrito was destroyed trying to be wrapped up. I was miserable at the show.
