My wife and I came for dinner on 9-30-22 and had one of the best dining experiences ever, from the drinks to the service which... was incredible and the food. We had appetizers of Calamari and Shrimp Cocktail and for entrées my wife had the Duke Wellingtonand I had the Steak Diane and all were cooked to perfection, I used to be their Executive Chef a long time ago and the Chef incharge Chef Savanah let me look at the kitchen and how it has changed. We definitely plan on coming back and enjoying many moremeals there and I sorry that I can't remember our servers name but she was awesome. Read more
We were in town for a concert on a Sunday night. The Raphael gave us $150 credit for dinner with the Sunday Getaway package. ... The vibe of the place was relaxing and elegant. The Steak Diane is a signature dish and it was amazing! The drinks were prettyand tasty. If in town, don't skip Chaz! Friendly service. Hopefully next time we can stay for the live jazz show! Do not bother. While the server was nice, the food is terrible. I ordered an extra side of hollandaise sauce, which they charged... me for and I’m fine with. But when I got home, I found they barely gave me a table spoon of hollandaise sauce in total, forgetany extra sauce… Slimy business practice and awful tasting, overpriced food. Read more
Chaz on the plaza is always a favorite for us on Sundays when we just want to get away. Have been here multiple times for... dinner..drinks and breakfast. The atmosphere and people and the staff have always been great. On some nights live music...notsure which nights. Read more

Our dishes were items we would never make at home...what a marvelous experience! Quite possibly one of the top ten fantastic... tasting food experiences of my recent decade. The lobster bisque was to die for! And the Lamb Pappardelle and Steak Diane wereequally exquisite. However, our server didn't appear to want to be there. Bored tone of voice. Wine pour fast and rushed. Nopresentation of anything. Just drab service. But fantastic tasting food...explosions of joy with each bite. Read more
My first meal at Chaz on the Plaza was highly enjoyable. I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. I was well... seated looking out onto the Plaza. As I enjoy people watching while eating! My meal was amazing ????????! I had the Kansas CityBrisket & Eggs. The brisket cut was lean & juicy. My ????were scrambled light & fluffy. I decided to go to Chaz for my wife and I's 33rd wedding anniversary. We have heard good things and was excited to try Chaz for... the first time. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation, I showed them my conformation, and they apologized formissing it. Because they couldn't find the reservation, the sat us down on this tiny table, and made us feel they had to fit usin. I first want to say the food was good, but we never initially received our appetizer. We asked about the appetizer,which they brought it out to us with no charge, but it was after we had already had dinner. I wanted this to be a specialnight, and all we received. were apologies over and over again. We had to ask for water refills, it was just not the evening wehad planned. For such a nice place, it was a mess. To top it off, we valleted our new car, only to find out that they damagedour car. Now we have wait to see if they will fix it.
