The food is good when you can get service. Can't go inside, you have to go through the drive thru. And some weeks ago my husband... and I had to go there by 5pm to get food because going after 7pm, they seemed to be closed. So unsure of the hours they arereally open. Such a shame because I really like the food. Read more

My problem is you wait in line to to speaker to order and find out speaker does not and have to go to window to order your food.... Now you are waiting again to get your food. If you are on your lunch you wasted it in line and can't enjoy your sandwich . TheSpicey giant fish sandwich is good . But now you have to rush to eat it. Not good Capt.ñ D. The drive through speaker was out of order. Could only order from window then wait 30+ minutes to get it. They had no coleslaw... and no green beans. Fish was real salty and over fried. Come on management get a handle on the location. And clean up around theplace please. I know good help is hard to find. Wishing you guys the best but please make better service and quality food apriority. Read more

Just dispectical 20min to order at the window???? instead of adjusting to A Chick-fil-A style of order by placing employees... outside to take the order to feed back into the inside where they're cooking the orders, making it so much simpler; it's notthat hard to adjust then it's always deep in the urban (black) neighborhoods Read more

Ordered online to.make the order quicker only to arrive and the front door is locked and we waited in line for over an hour just... to be told the items we ordered weren't in stock and they tried to substitute 4 lobster rolls with a piece of fish and 2 slicesof cheesecake. When asked to refund the order they stated we had to go through the app. Never an apology given or an explanationwhy it was still active on the app if not available. Read more

Line is always super long and never moves you pull up here you are going to wait 30-50mins, LOBBY IS NOT OPEN do not listen to... the dine-in option displayed!!!! Whoever is in charge needs to hire more people and get some help in there for this slow a**line Read more

No point in ordering online, food will not be prepared until you get to the drive through window and then takes 4 to 7+ minutes.... Interior of restaurant locked and staff did not answer phone. No curbside pickup or designated parking for online orders. No wayto indicate you are here for an online order. It's appalling they are actually in business. Staff was apologetic and veryfriendly. But completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the business concept. Maybe they should close the dining room and justserve through delivery services. Read more
