Pizza is something that all walks of life can agreed upon no matter what tastes you have acquired over the years. This spot near... Downtown will make sure you leave very very happy with that in mind. I literally stood for about 15 mins just trying to decideon what I wanted for myself and turns out you can pair 2 together! Once you see the menu with all the fresh ingredients you'lldo the same thing and come back just to try another. Plenty of seating outside and in with friendly staff and great views of thebeautiful downtown lights of KC. This place was down the street from our hotel. Glad we stopped in because it was delicious! We ordered two slices, so can?t... comment on full pizzas, and breadsticks fully clothed. Slices were huge, so real NY size, and the ingredients were fresh. We gotour food in a timely manner. The marinara sauce that came with the breadsticks was really good. The slices were cut a littlestrange, but that?s not really a big deal. There was a guy playing music. We were there on a early Thursday night, so thereweren?t a lot of people when we went. Dined in at Buffalo State Pizza Co. for the first time yesterday and had a pleasant experience. I sat by myself at the bar top... and the bartender Michaela was so sweet and welcoming. Her vibrant personality and recommendations on food and drink made thewhole experience memorable. I decided on eating a small Greek salad, order of roasted garlic handmade breadsticks, with a Germanstyle Amber Ale and chocolate chip cookie for dessert (the best!). The salad came out fast and very fresh, but the breadsticksshocked me most. Holy cow they are massive and so tasty! I can only imagine how the pizza tastes because the breadsticks andsalad were both fire. The only downside I experienced was the host did not greet me when I walked in or act very friendly totake care of guests so I had to ask if bar seating was open seating and seat myself. It was an awkward interaction and shedidn't seem to care if I was there or not. Michaela definitely turned the vibe around so thank you! Along with trying the pizzanext time, I recommend playing either of the classic arcade games inside or sticking around for live music. I didn't expect tohear live music while I was there and the local artist who played gave the environment a very comfortable feel.
