Would highly recommend Brewery Emperial. I stopped in for dinner waiting for an outdoor concert nearby to start and the heat was... getting to me. I am also pregnant so it was a bit concerning when I started feeling dizzy, but the staff went above and beyondand were amazing and brought me ice and a fan and helped me cool off until I felt well enough to call an uber home. I could notspeak more to how amazing and kind the staff are! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for dinner and a lovely place torelax down town and look forward to coming back to have dinner here in the future. not super impressed. we came on the hottest day of the year so far & there was no inside seating available to anyone which we... said okay to and sat outside but still were a little apprehensive because why not? we stayed for only 3 1/2 pours for the 2 ofus because we weren’t comfortable. i understand covid is still a thing but take proper precautions like the rest of yourbrewery neighbors & friends. also the app you have to use to order is so disconnected. didn’t really feel like we had a serveror if anyone truly cared. We ordered 3 1/2 pours, an app, and people just set the stuff down and walked away, no connection,because technically they don’t need to. Read more
Brewery Emperial is a fantastic spot to grab a drink outside on a covered & colorful patio! The beer is tasty and so are the... plates. The bratwurst with sauerkraut had everyone jealous they didn’t order it. 10/10 recommend! The potato salad served withthe bratwurst was fabulous. You can even order your food and drinks on an app so you don’t have to wait on the server on abusy night! If you are looking for a plate to share with the table, order a side of fries with a few different dips or thepretzel appetizer. Read more
Downtown Kansas City but plenty of free parking! The Extra Special Biscuit is super tasty - malty and clean. The food menu looks... great and the outdoor seating is big. Going to bring the wife and kiddos back to this one! Read more
Clearly the place where the locals go. Lots of bicyclists, lots of doggos. We didn't stay for food (1hr wait at 7 on a... weeknight), but you're welcome to get a "to-go" pint and hang out on the patio. Good range of mainstream options from mild toheavy, including an impressive number of GABF medalists. Read more
Good beer. Good atmosphere. Our dog loved it. My only “complaint” is that they charged my credit card twice. For 2 drinks... and an order of fries I was charged $24.79 and again for $20.49. Both processed. Definitely check it out, but also check yourbank account a few days later. Human errors happen. UPDATE** It was actually a tech error. I called to dispute the duplicatetransaction and they were already aware and sorting through them after having some issues with a new POS system over theweekend. Changing to 5 stars! Read more
I really enjoyed my time at Brewery Emperial. Nestled in downtown KCMO but fenced off in a way that you don't feel surrounded by... buildings yet you can hear the hustle and bustle going on outside. The beer was tasty and there was an adequate variety tochoose from. They also have a serve yourself water tap which I really enjoyed. The food was fantastic. The Emperial burger hadthe perfect flavor and juiciness. The Brussel Sprouts were roasted really well and also had a surprising amount of flavor tothen. The parmesian fries were parmesian fries, nothing wrong there. The waitress and staff were attentive and quick to fulfillrequests. You should stop by and give the place a try. Read more
The team at Brewery Emperial is friendly and helpful! I would come back time and again just to hang out with them. The food is... also wonderful - much better than your normal bar food.
