The customer service was average. However, The wings themselves fell below expectations. The meat so crunchy- I could compare... them to bone. The ranch had an odd taste. Cajun fries over-seasoned. No napkins- incredibly odd. Wings more bone than meat.Furthermore, The machine had a sign ? No Ice ? however there was ice. Misinformation. The wait time was preposterous. Would notrecommend. We ordered a 10-piece Wing combo and the chicken was barely fully cooked it was hardly any Louisiana rub on there and it was a... lot of Grease. We also ordered a six piece Wing combo that combo also was barely cooked the flavor was fine. Out of both mealsthe fries were the best thing. They forgot my cheese sauce didn't like that. Ate Thighstop with DoorDash pick-up (great keto-friendly option!) It was VERY busy, so we wound up waiting an extra 15 minutes... for our meal. However the food was completely fresh and perfectly done, and I wasn't in a rush, so I wasn't complaining.Friendly staff, great prices. Read more
