Waited 15-20 minutes for a door dash and the customer's food was still wrong. The service has gone down hill.

First off we ordered two combo meals and a 4 for 4 plain. We pull to the window pay and get the food they are missing a whole... meal. So had to reorder and pay for the missing meal no problem. Get to the house and the sandwich is not plain. The combo orderthat they did receive was the incorrect meal. No receipts was given for proof of purchase. I called store to resolve issues rude service immediately to the point of hanging up with an unresolved issue. 40 bucks wasted highly frustrating! Get your teamtogether worse service I ever received! Doesn't deserve a rating. A friend and i walked in obviously interrupting the party. Everyone ran from us. Someone in the back... came and took our order. I only got a drink which tasted like grease. The counter tops were dirty and smeared, nothing wasstocked. My friend couldn't finish her food because it was so disgusting. Good thing I had hand sanitizer in my purse! Bad service overall. Very slow even when there are no cars in line. Made me wait 15 min at the speaker without saying anything... just so i can tell them about my pickup order. Read more

Very unprofessional. Come here often and everytime ask for fresh food the managers never seems to care & give the same food back... asked for a refund and refused to give a full refund. Really the worst Wendy's in Kansas DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Read more

Hate to give them a 1, but tonight's drive thru experience was a hot mess. I was behind about 5 cars, paid for 4 Frosties. ... There was a girl outside the drive up window taking orders to all the cars that were asked to pull forward. A few cars were inthe Mobile App line. The rest of us were asked to pull forward, then I saw 2 cars behind me that received their food in thedrive-up window immediately. I finally got 4 Frosties after about 25 minutes and they were half melted. I understand theshortage of staff, but it was not like they had to cook the Frosties. I won't be returning. . Read more

Customer service is horrible, drive through employees are in too much of a hurry to even listen to your order properly. ... When you try to explain what you want they are so disrespectful and and act superior. How hard is it to understand that youwant to replace your drinks to limades/lemonade? And it was only for 2 meals, yet they couldn't take the time to listen andtake your order properly. Want to treat customers like trash and are very disrespectful and just seemed annoyed to be there. The person who handed me our food was a really nice guy. But burnt sandwiches when I assume they're pre-made? I mean who could... miss BLACK buns..? Edit: Just went there again today (10/18/2020) to pickup my breakfast order I put in online and nobody wasin the building. Whoever runs the restaurant needs to hire all new employees please. Read more
