Store looks clean but could not get over the ridiculous prices....15-18$ for a sub. Came across the street to a nice sit down... restaurant and had full meal and drinks for less. The prices are downright insane. It's subway not the herford house for Christsake! Read more
I come here all the time and the last time I went the African American ladies had bad attitudes. Very uncomfortable experience.... One of my sandwiches was a mess and wasn?t wrapped properly, it had been squeezed and was messy to eat. Read more
TRENT the manager at this location is RUDE. I made a request twice and apparently he didn't hear me giving me extra cheese I... didn't ask for. Then charged me for the extra cheese even though I told him I didn't ask for it. At that time he got an attitudesaying "well if you would speak up!" I requested and paid for cookies I didn't get. Distracted with trying to get a coupon towork that never did (was not given the discount although the coupon was good) I didn't catch they didn't give me the cookies.The sign when you order requests guests to be polite to the staff... it would be great if their manager was polite to theguests. There was literally a hair when I bit into this. Disgusting and dirty.
I just picked up a huge cater order for work & I just want to say I am so impressed! The sandwiches were neatly packed ready to... eat. The cookies were freshly made and absolutely delicious. Thank you to the nice woman who packed this order out, I forgot toask her name as I was in a rush. You did a fantastic job! Read more
