It is the subway that is close by home that we actually had a couple of coupons how to pay separately for them that the place... has a new look and I don't really have pictures on their menu as they used to and when I walked in the person thought I wasgetting the order all ready but I was just wanted to take some time to decide. I ordered via the online app to this location and found a really long hair in my food. It clearly matched the hair of the... representative there named Lily. When I came back to get a refund Lily denied that it was her hair but admitted she made thesandwich. Additionally neither her nor the manager were willing to help us. For the record, I am bald and I do not have acolllection of long straight hair to randomly put in my food. Whatever happened to customer service, all I wanted was asandwich. Read more

This store needs serious help, I live a block away so I try to make it my local store to support local businesses but this place... is ridiculous every time I go in either they don't take a card or you can't pay with cash or the air conditioning is out andmost of all every time I order a sandwich for the supreme meat nobody knows how to make it they have to call another store tohave somebody tell them over the phone how to make a sandwich Read more

The convenience is awesome but the app is finicky and sometimes it's not ready by the pickup time, it's still a decent sandwich... at a good price! Read more

Made an online app order, food was never delivered even though it said delivered on the app, I called the store and the lady... working there said noone ever came to get the food to be delivered, I asked if she could just refund me the money for my order,she said she was busy since she was the only one working, I called back later, another lady said it was cancelled or refunded,it wasnt. I would still be waiting for my subs if I didnt call. I love subway so this is unfortunate. I hope whoever got mysandwiches enjoyed them because I didnt! Read more

Placed order 3/19 at 6:30 pm not knowing they are closing at 6. Called 3/20 rep told me she say order needed to speak to manager... call back in 10 minutes hung up on me. Working couldn't call back. Went to location on my lunch break rude treatment she said Inever place order she call manager Gita. Gita told me no order was placed. Told her I have email confirmation and payment wastaking off my card. Called corporate after they said I would get a call from owner . Nothing as of 3/23. Read more
