Got food for my partner and I to eat on my way home from work so we could eat dinner before I bad to go to my 2nd job. Got home... and both sandwiches were completely wrong. We didn't have time to return to the store, but we called and they offered a refund.Not refunded. Subway has gotten over priced for what it is and the value seems to have gone downhill as well. I guess they have basically all new help there. After probably 7-8 minutes of 2 people waiting on the couple in front of me, i... was finally asked what I needed by a 3rd person. After stating what I wanted including the type of bread, she asked me what typeof bread did i want. I repeated the bread choice. She suddenly walked away and started ringing up the couple in front of me.Then one of the 2 that originally was waiting on the couple in front of me came over and asked me what I needed. I had to repeatmy order to her. When they started making my sandwiches they were putting the wrong meat on the first one. They finally goteverything made and apologized for the issues. As the first lady was ringing me up a 4th person came from the back and waited onthe next customer. The first lady disappeared to the back. Very disorganized. Food was good and made well. Read more
If I could give them a ZERO I would! The service here is horrible! I called to verify could I get my sandwich remade because it... was wrong, at first it wasn?t a problem and then when I walked in there they told me I had to pay for another one after themiscommunication. The store had a sign on the store that they were slammed and there could be a wait but be patient. Please no yelling at the... employees as they were short-staffed because of covid. I entered and it was honestly the standard wait I am used to at othersubways. I ordered my sandwich, and the gal that took my order cut the bread, then decided that the bread was not right and gotanother fresh one. She cut it and then asked me what was on the sandwich. I got the idea it might have been her first day. Weboth read the menu board together, and she asked if I wanted those items on the sandwich. She set it up, then to the toaster whotook care of that. The next employee dressed it and the person at the register charged me and gave me the special on thatsandwich. All and all, no one was frustrated with the wait, and it seemed to be a happy experience for all. I suspect they alsohad an uptick in traffic that day because they are next to the big covid testing site and those people have been waiting all dayin lines. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager was highly unprofessional and unhelpful. I have the flu and placed an order. I get... called by my DOOR DASH driver NOT Subway that they were out of bread. How you run a sandwich shop with no bread is beyond me,and how you do not let your customers know is even more ridiculous. Then, wouldn't refund my money, I have to call Door Dash.Yeah, mm okay. Very disappointed with my sandwich. the bottom of the bread was in shreds. Looks like it stuck to the baking sheet and they... just ripped it off and left half of it still on the baking sheet.
