Last time i was there..the girl who brought my order she was very nice & that makes me want to come back ... She needs a raise ... she was working in the morning hrs that Jerry the other lady used to work...didn't orer no food that's why I didn't give it norating .. Read more
Horrid!!! Didn't get right food they forgot both alamode that went with fried cookie bites. Mustard was all top n bottom of bun... took 20 minutes for them to get to get us to take order there was only 4 cars in parking lot including ours n 2 employees. Ordertoasted grilled cheeseburger n got double stacked chez burger. Read more
If this location is open (big if) don?t expect much service from them. With the exception of a few people their entire team is... either incredibly rude and disrespectful or just too busy talking and joking around to actually serve you. 9 times out of 10you?ll be asked to use the drive thru, as the person in charge of taking stall orders doesn?t ever quite feel like his job isworth doing (or showing up for), wherein you?ll probably wait 10 minutes before you?re actually able to order. If you get thecorrect food, your burger will be burnt, your fries and tots will be cold, but hey you?ll have a nice cold drink to sip on whileyou wait! I love Sonic but this location needs to throw in the towel and learn what customer service is. Read more
I go to this Sonics(southwest blvd kc) often and they always do a pretty great job!! Angie is one of my favorite new car hops... she is always smiling and very personable and pleasant! Today the manager was working the window helping his crew and he wentover and beyond to be sure my strawberry ice was perfect! Justin Collins you are okay in my book these days great customerservice is hard to get especially with short staffing at alot of food joints but you heard me and you followed through andalthough a small request you made a huge gesture that was very impactful! This is the worst Sonic I?ve ever been to, and it wasn?t always like this. Don?t go at night. You?ll sit in the drive thru... saying ?hello? into the speaker and no one answers. I?ve watched so many people pull away, because they don?t get a response.One night I even ordered ahead, checked in and waited for 30 mins for someone to bring my food.
