Wow. This is probably the best chicken I've had in Kansas City, and I've tried quite a few. Juicy with crispy skin, smoked and... finished on the grill. It comes with some tortillas, rice, beans, and salsa. No frills whatsoever, but you don't need them. Takein the experience. It was quite inexpensive too. Do yourself a favor and try this place ASAP! This is an excellent restaurant that I would not have known about nor found without the help of a friend. The smell of the... grilling chicken is heavenly and fascinating to watch. Not a fancy place by any means but certainly worth a visit and expect tosmell like grilled chicken for awhile after enjoying your meal. I would definitely plan a return visit. Read more

This place is out of this world. Chicken tastes absolutely delicious. They grill chicken right in front of you on 10000% wood... fired grill. Menu is super simple. You get 1/4, 1/2 or full chicken with sides. The meat is just super fresh and nothing likeyou have ever had before visiting this place. Read more
This place is amazing. Only 3 things on the menu. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of three is their chicken wings... have gotten quite small lately. They used to have huge chicken wings and now they are extremely small. The order comes with 8chicken wings and when I open the box one of the chicken wings was literally the size of my pinky finger. I was like this is noteven a wing. Other than that the flavor is always amazing and their half chicken is excellent. I can only hope that it is due toa shortage of quality chicken wings and that they bring back the excellent large wings they used to offer. Read more
