We placed a large order for delivery though the app. 6 items for $80+ I always use the app for ordering as it has always been... very easy. I get everyone is short handed and as it was a weekend they would be busy. App said it would be an hour. Great. Took the grandkids swimming while we waited. At an hour the order had not even been started. I tried to cancel though the appand had no luck so my son called he sat on hold for another hour till his phone died. It was now 8 pm grand kids are starving. So we go get food. As soon as we sat down at 8:30. Our order moved to the being made status. Evidently according to the appthe tried to deliver it at 9:15. The hotel desk said no one had come or stopped and asked them yet I was still charged for foodthat never came an no one has yet reached back out to me after I have called the store repeatedly and emailed the complaint lineabout it. We?ve only ordered from here twice? both times we were very disappointed with delivery time. Each time it gave an ETA that was... an understandable time to wait. However, the actual delivery time is three times that. Read more

Without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever had! Garlic salt and butter ? couldn?t taste anything else. So bad, in fact, it was... soaking through the box. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Got there only to be told I would have towait another 20 minutes. The lady behind the counter said they were short staffed, having only one worker until just a fewminutes before my arrival. She then stated to me that she didn?t actually work there ? she was just helping out because of thestaff shortage. I heard her comment to another customer that came in while I was still there that she was the fiancé of theworker - seems she really wasn?t an employee, which might explain the horrible pizza. Very busy store when we popped in from wold lodge. Luckily we ordered ahead and waited for app to say it was ready. Only 2... employees working. Pizzas were amazing. Get them employees some help be4 they also leave or at minimum a raise. They handledthings there tonight with no management in sight. Read more

Worst ordering experience. I placed an order online and within a couple of minutes received a call that my order would be... completed in an hour and half rather than the 30-40 minutes given by the tracker. I then called the store over an hour after Iwas contacted to check the status of the order before driving across town to pick up the order and was informed my order wasbeing timed and would not be started til about 8:30pm, right at the hour and half mark. The person I spoke with kept saying theywere down about 50 items. When I asked what time my order would be ready assuming 30 minutes after the start of processing timeI was given, the person couldn't confirm. I then I asked if it would be better to just cancel my order, she stated probably.This is unprofessional. If the server could not ensure the order would not be completed in the time stated they should havestated this. Now having to place a new order at another location an wait 2-5 business days to have funds returned to my accountis ridiculous. Read more

My pizza was 20 minutes late, ordered on the app, which will not allow me to give feedback since the worker did not inform the... app that I received the pizza. It was to be ready by 5:08 and I was there at 5:07. Miranda finally brought me the pizza for mycontactless delivery at 5:29. Although I had marked the app to have the pizza put in the passenger side, she insisted on givingit to me on the passenger side. The pizza itself was laughable. I will attach a photo of the chicken taco pizza that cost me$22. I will never be back at this Domino's nor use their app again. Read more

The food was dropped off 45 minutes AFTER the delivery tracker showed left the store. The boxes arrived dripping in grease. The... pizza smashed between the lid and the side of the box (pictured below). The thin/crispy crust was soft and soggy. Food was roomtemperature. Read more

Our order arrived 3 hours late. It was completely the wrong order, it was cold and it was also half eaten. We called to ask for... a refund they kept putting us on hold for 10 minutes then they would hang up, they did this each time we called. BRYANT is thename of our delivery guy. The first photo is what we ordered and the 2 other photos are what we received. We took the photos assoon as we got the delivery. I placed the order at 05:29 pm and they didn't deliver it until 08:30 pm. This was after we calledthem at 06:40 pm saying we never got our food and they said they will send it out again when they never sent it in the firstplace. I've ordered from this branch so many times before and they always seem to mess it up. There has been several times thatour food arrived either undercooked, or it would arrive cold, and often time they would also forget the dipping sauce or give usthe wrong kind and many many times it arrived late. I've given this branch so many chances and I would still always tip everytime I ordered. But this is the last straw I'd be ordering from a different branch from now on. Read more
