Please change the hours posted on your door. They clearly state the drive thru is 24 hours and the lobby is open until 9PM, but... when I walked in at 8:19PM I was turned around by an employee and told they are closed. I needed to use the restroom quicklythen just wanted a drink, so I left and went elsewhere. Read more
They are doing a good job. Raising the standard back up a smidge. I'm sure it's easier to keep a new building clean compared to... the old BKs in town that workers find residual BK stuffs from 2000 if not before. Read more
So usually I never have anything bad to say about this burger king... But, I just got this spicy chicken sandwich, and I can't... even bite or pull it apart...I kept only biting the the bun and wants on the sandwich... How can a franchise owner have such low standards to let a Burger King operate like this? I can't believe how bad it is here,... and it wasn't the first time. I left with half of what I tried to order in the drive-thru today because the guy kept talkingover me and then suddenly blurted out a total, told me to pull up to the second window and disappeared. When I got to thewindow, the woman didn't speak English and didn't understand a word I was saying. I conceded and asked for some Ranch dippingsauce and she handed me Sweet and Sour sauce. Seriously. This Burger King lists itself as being open 24 hrs, and I suppose it's paying its employees to work day and night. The night... shift is so lazy, however, they do not actually work. They sit in the lobby all night and ignore anyone who tries to gothrough the drive thru. They will look and aometimes make eye contact with vehicles driving through, and keep sitting. Waited at least 5 minutes to put my order in dry thru(no one else in line) then waited 12 minutes for my order to come out. In... the last minute I had to flag someone down to ask what was going on, they already had my payment. He said they didn't have meat,that's why it took so long. I asked why wasnt I informed when I ordered, he said they didn't tell him till I was already paying.I let him know I should have been informed. He said it's cooking now, and then I finally got my order. I thought this is atleast gonna be so good since its super fresh.....it is so over cooked almost burnt, tastes old and dry.
