Food was ok but it was cold and the did not even get the right drink to me
Rude manager, I had ordered and when I got to the window they had got my order wrong it was really simple to change and he... laughed in my face and told me he wasn?t going to fix their MISTAKE. I have really bad anxiety which he made me feel so upsetabout it. Once I got home I realized he gave me old chicken fries they were stale and cold, the fries were no good. As well asthe chicken fries I have never had a problem there and I live in Kansas all my life and go there when I have time which is about5-6 times a month until today I had that issue that would be great to never have again that Burger King has never had a managerthat rude and I?ve never had an issue like today. Omg this place is one of the worst the guy couldn't get my order right went to the window the girl there couldn't speak English... lucky her I could speak Spanish they lady who I believe is a lady well supervisor lead whatever spoke English n still messed upmy order fries were cold the sandwiches had exactly what I said not to put on them and so my advice to y'all don't waste yourmoney there unless u don't care Read more
They used to have a good staff, but last time I went the cashier was talking on the phone and that's when she finally came up... front. At first no one was at the register. There was a girl getting food together, but she didn't say one moment or even tellanyone that I was there. Once she came up front, she kept walking away and talking to other crew members about the person shewas on the phone with and never once said I will be right with you. She didn't tell the person on the phone to hold on, she hada customer or anything. She talked until she finished her conversation, said more to the other workers and then finally asked ifshe could help me. I have never seen anything like that before and I was door dashing. I hope I don't get another order to gothere. I don't even go to that location for my food. Hopefully they get it back together. Read more
At 11 p.m. 6.2.22 we pull up and they say that they are only taking Door Dash it?s not even midnight and your not serving the... public but the public people can pick up and deliver to the public mind blowing and it?s only a street number situationbasically everything seems to close in the ?hood? or Lower Numbers I should say. Zero Stars.....food was cold.....doors were locked(employee had2 let us in)...& on top of all that, there was a HAiR in my... French fries ????....took a pic....& my girl showed it2 whom i gues was the "Manager"..... & he said what "HAiR"....????Wow.....never going back there again in life....?? and no apology or nothing.....just crazy.....& for 2 meals....$23...nowthat's just ridiculous at a fast food Restaurant...??
