I feel sorry for the workers in that place. Two very kind and quiet workers handling a huge line on a Saturday had this... impossible coworker that actually screamed out loud at customers that it would take 15-20 for our pretzels. She was rude to 3people in line ahead of me, rude to my sister in law saying she could not take coupons, and rude to the lady behind me whoordered 2 buckets ($50!) about how long it would be. They literally had to FaceTime their manager to figure out how to print a past receipt for a customer. Then the wait time for... some of the pretzels were around 20 minutes. Customer in front of us ordered Pretzel Dogs which was a 20 minute wait. We thenordered Pretzel Dogs in which the employee on her phone behind the cashier said they're out of pretzel dogs. I feel sorry forthe customer in front of us who said she'll be back for the pretzel dogs that they don't have. Read more

Worst place ever!!! Customer service is non existent. There?s only 1 cashier taking all the orders and giving them out. They... should put someone with an iPad or something and charge customers who are paying with card. You try to order on the app the waittime for pick up is over 3 hours. The line is ridiculously long. Waited outside for 40 minutes and when I got to the register Istill had to wait 15 minutes because there were no products ready as usual. The pretzels were very good, but the dipping cheese was cold. The young lady taking our orders rang our comb orders up... individually which added over $4 to our order. When I asked about this the manager said it was the just the tax. No, I wascomparing the sub total. 2 combs at $5.49 each equal $10.98 plus tax not $15.30 plus tax. Then the young lady gave me the wrongdrink on top of it. Train your people better! Read more
