This was the best food I?ve eaten all day however,whenever my mother received the food they had gotten her order wrong,and... with a no animals sign outside there was a couple with there children and there dog,and the staff refused to anything aboutit,they also refused to fix my mother?s order,there bathrooms were filthy and,they had terrible attitudes the reason im giving athree out of five is so that. The lady working the front taking orders at lunch time on 11/6/22 had her hustle ON! She was managing an unfortunate situation... that created triple work for her. Awful experience here tonight. The people working acted like they couldn't care less bout anything. Our food was cold and half... the items were missing. I got a chicken tender kids meal and there was literally only 4 fries in the box. Like wth!! This placehas kept getting worse and worse. After sitting in line patiently while the person in front ordered $40 in food they still went out of their way to give me old... and cold fries. I got the nibblerz combo as usual decent food at best with cold fries threw away half my meal love wastingmoney in these tough times but God forbid I did any of these people the same way would be the end of the world officially donewith zaxbys unless I get an apology and a meal replacement. I ain?t even gonna hold you By far the worst drive through place ever. This place must be ran by a bunch of kids with 1 brain... cell It?s the only one close to where we live and it?s always very slow it takes forever for them to take your order and to getthrough the line. It?s supposed to be fast food if I wanted to wait forever for my food I?d go to Olive Garden They?ve messed uporder multiple times. But today tops it.
