I brought my daughter to Sabor for our mother/daughter dinner date, we both loved the food! The location in Kannapolis is a... great place, feels like Hometown KP! I don't recommend a business with HORRIBLE customer service like Sabor. I handed the cashier a $20 bill to pay for my food. He... accidentally ripped the bill in half. Then I had to wait five minutes to have the cashier hand my ripped in half bill back to meand ask for another form of payment. I informed the cashier he ripped it and the bank will still take it so I would like myfood. I was informed that the owner refused to take the money. Nothing was offered to me to make up for the cashier ripping my$20 bill in half. The owner does not care to make up for one of his employee's mistakes. Obviously the owner does not care if acustomer is happy with his business. I left with a ripped $20 and zero food!! Read more

I went for their $1.50 taco Tuesday special. I asked the cashier for two chicken tacos that were specifically meant for the... $1.50 a taco special. I also got a drink, and my total came out to around $5, which sounded right for two tacos and a drink. One of the workers, who looked to be the manager, brings my order out and it is just one taco. I politely said to him that I hadordered two. He was very rude and argued with me that I only ordered one and told me if I wanted another one, that I needed to?just go back and get another one.? I was not rude to him at all, and my friends even told him that next time just be sure thecashiers explain which tacos are a part of the $1.50 a taco special and which ones are not, and he snapped back, ?all tacos are$1.50.? I don?t even care about the other taco, I just felt like I was talked down to like I was dumb by the manager. Themanager was again very rude and almost kept ignoring us. Good food with fast service. So many good items on the menu. Check out their drink menu too. Today I had the nachos with guac... and I think their guac is some of the best around. I am so glad I went here the food was so fresh and well cooked. I highly recommended this place for a bite to eat there is... window seating and a few areas for big families. Glad I made the choice to check them out. My daughter and I both enjoyed it. She said, "It's like they've hidden tiny taste... packets in each bite"...and I agree! The street corn was scrumptious, but be prepared to need lots of napkins! :) I ordered thecovered Yuca fries and don't regret my decisions at all.
