Do not eat here! I have yet to have a decent experience with this Popeyes. Every time I have ordered here i?ve left... disappointed, literally. The prices are high, yet the food and service are way below average. The last time I ate here I leftwith a completely different meal than what I asked for and a seltzer water that was supposed to be Sierra Mist. I repeat, do noteat here! You WILL waste your money. OK where do I start. The chicken was hot but tasted like the grease has not been changed in a while. The fries were somewhat... warm. The biscuit tasted like something that just came out of the freezer. What I?m trying to say is for 10.75$ for a threepiece. Tender basket was very, very disappointing. I mean prices have more than doubled on food so I would expect consistentquality. Especially with a business that relies heavily on the fryer. I did a review when it first open it was terrific but now. OMG I would not recommend it. I?ve gone a few times since it opened... and today was the worst. I ordered there special 5 pieces of chicken and drink. The guy couldn?t tell me what would be in it.And he couldn?t even remember what I ordered at the drive thru. So when I got to the window he took my card and asked again whatI ordered. Then he handed me food and card. So I was still sitting waiting for my drink and receipt. After I got home I lookedat chicken there was only 4 pieces so they shorted me one piece and what I got wasn?t worth eating. All 4 pieces wouldn?t makeone breast from KFC or Bojangles. I was preparing to order from the mobile app and explained to drive thru- women assisting alerted that she was not familiar with... how to accommodate me and how mobile ordering worked. It was just a code I needed to provide to her verbally to get discounts.Instead women requested i come Inside for ordering. Once inside I overheard several negative conversations between the staffbeing less respectful of each other. They were demeaning, unprofessional and directly in front of several customers. While Idid receive my order the wait was very lengthy but most of all I was offset by the team culture and the lack of respect thatteammates had for one another. Usually I have a good experience with this Popeyes but this time it definitely wasn't the greatest. I waited around 10 minutes... inside for them to even take my order, and I paid for a chicken tender platter with fries and mac and cheese. Came home andrealized I didn't have any fries, and also didn't have any ranch that I paid 25 cents for. Pretty annoyed.. there was only 4workers inside, I would understand because of staff issues but they all seemed to be goofing off instead of paying attention tomy order. Disappointing :/ Read more

I have never felt the need to leave a review, but it was just so horrible that I felt compelled. I normally LOVE Popeyes! We?re... traveling back to SC and had already gotten back on the highway or else I would have definitely turned around. For starters, theorder was wrong. I asked for mild and received spicy which normally wouldn?t be a big deal, but it was for my kiddos. Second,the food was cold and SATURATED in old grease (like I could squeeze it and see the grease) seriously, it tasted like greasehasn?t been change in months! The fries were cold and hard. After all that, I was afraid to drink the tea. It was just a badexperience all around. (Besides the window employee, he was nice) Needless to say, we basically just threw $40 out the windowbecause it was disgusting. We trashed it all????. Really disappointing.
