We visited this restaurant for the 1st time yesterday as well. Looking forward for a good experience with another black owner?s... establishment. We walked in and wasn?t even greeted properly or even asked to be seated or given any menu?s. It?s unbelievablehow your own people can?t provide good customer service but expect you to spend your hard earned money with them. Read more
Paid almost 50 dollars for this food I just knew was going to be great. The menu said "island seasonings for the ox tail". Got... the ox tail and it had literally 0 seasoning. The greens were bland with no flavor. And the food was just disheartening. Calledto ask if I could bring the food back up there for a refund and was told im lying cause no one else ever said that. Was refuseda refund and the lady was extremely snotty. I wasn't trying to get over on anyone. I said I'd bring it there literally minutesafter having it delivered. I gave her a try. I am of Caribbean descent and know what real Caribbean food tastes like but to me this wasn't it. I was... disappointed. Nearly $15.00 for 4 small pieces of chicken and hardly any rice ? I couldnt wait to try it but now happy , I gotmy money back. Read more
