Usually this cook out is usually great. However, tonight while I was here I received nothing but rudeness. The person who was... working at the drive through window caught a nasty attitude with me. I was ordering she kept interrupting me and when she got myorder wrong I tried to correct her and she just gave me a rude response. I decided to just drive off and go somewhere else. Read more

Wish I could give you a ZERO for customer service. I understand that that it's Saturday and you are busy. I get it. I walked to... the walk up window trying to order and seen a sign that it was closed at that moment. A bleach blonde woman came to the windowand asks, " can you read? This window is closed." Well yes we can read it of course but don't insult people's intelligence.Tonight was probably the last time I'll eat at this Cook Out. It's one thing if the line is moving but the line wasn't evenmoving. To top it off, all I wanted was one order of chicken nuggets..... oh well. Read more

The ?Big Double? is a joke. Two patties don?t even equal one true patty. Patties were super thin too. Used to be great place... to get food but not anymore. Portions are incredibly less nowadays. Save your money because you?re going to be hungry an hourlater. Read more
One of the drive through lines were down so we pulled around and went to the walk-up window. ONLY BBQ Sandwiches, Quesdillas... and Cajun fries were available to eat at this location. Soda fountains were down. And unsweetened tea was unavailable. Was toldto be grateful with what they had... Seems like no one wants to work now adays. Read more
Can't beat the price vs. Amount you get. Love the double burger tray, two sides and a drink. Their shakes are good too. Nice... choices that change every once in awhile. Read more
