Once again, this location failed to make my order accurately. Not the first time, but frankly it will be the last time I order... from them. I had ordered a burrito bowl with steak, rice, cheese, veggies, sour cream, and corn salsa. Guess what?no corn salsa.Considering the dizzying array of poor reviews for this location I would hope Chipotle corporate pays a personal visit tocorrect what is clearly a poorly managed location. The last two times ordering from here they didn't get my order right and forgot to include the tortilla chips. I wouldn't... normally care about missing chips, but because Chipotle charges for them, the least they could do is make sure you geteverything you paid for. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the steak was flavored well and was only a littlechewy. Read more

When ordering on the app it should be very difficult to get the order wrong and miss putting on ingredients entirely since the... order SHOULD be written down precisely as it was selected on the app/site. Both burritos we ordered were the smallest portionsize I'd ever received from a Chipotle and after I started eating it I understood why, half the ingredients I selected weren'teven in the burrito! I have patience for one or two things incorrect on a single order, but to literally (I do mean literally)skip half of the order and then serve it like that is unacceptable. Read more
I ordered on their app! What a nightmare! I got to Chipotle to pick up my food at the alloted time THEY GIVE ME and they... forget to print my ticket. So I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my food. Then the cashier told me the were out of guacamoleand chips and couldn't place guacamole on the items requested? The kicker is they couldn't give me a refund on the items theydidn't receive have I would have to request my refund through corporate online. I get home and the orders were All incorrect.My friend ordered double the meat and this is what he got.... Sour cream meat and lettuce (FYI he requested more condimentsthen he received). Disappointed! At least Moe's greets u with "Welcome to Moe's " and you are guaranteed chips that come withyour meal. Management needs to re-evaluate their consumer service! UPDATE 1/23/22: I've tried this location 2 more times and both times quality has been great. Updating to 4 stars for... now. PRIOR REVIEW (2 stars): This location recently opened but they really need more training. I received guacamole with hugechunks of unripened avocado in both my meal and on the side. I've never received guacamole this bad from any other Chipotlelocation. Otherwise I love the ability to pick up online orders through the drive thru. Hopefully quality improves. Read more
Wow.. who the heck is running this place? It's terrible. If you like ordering burrito bowls with only a cup of rice, a sprinkle... of cheese, and a dash of guac then this is the place for you because they are always "out" of every other ingredient.. Ordered aveggie bowl with white rice, lettuce, beans, sour cream, fajita mix, cheese, and guac. picked it up form the drive thru and cameall the way to this. Look at that picture and tell me what you see. That bowl of rice, cheese , and guac cost us $8.51. Wouldyou pay full price for that???? Embarrassing. Don't waste your time/money here. Read more
Just don?t even bother with this location. They?ve been open long enough and yet they?re always out of ingredients, the app... won?t tell you, and they won?t call you either to ask if you want a replacement. What Chipotle is out of chips and fajitaveggies three hours before closing? The employees aren?t empowered to fix anything either, when I went back to ask why I wasmissing ingredients and could I have a small cup of something else to replace it, I was told I didn?t ?pay for the extra? andthey had literally get their manager to give me a tiny cup of sofritas to replace my missing veggies.
