A restaurant should have it's dining room open at 7:00 o'clock on a Saturday evening. That is the way the restaurant business... has operated since they were invented. To continue to use excuses to close your dining area is ridiculous. We arrived andthere was one man seated in the dining area, an employee at the counter, but the doors locked. God knows I wish Lori was working here this morning because those on staff were ridiculous. Girl in drive thru didn't give us a... chance to finish our order. We pulled up to the window to explain that we needed a total of 3 drinks on our order: 3pc Frenchtoast w/oj, 5pc French toast sticks w/Dr. Pepper, and then a #1 w/oj. I still can't understand why she couldn't understandthat...maybe because she wouldn't shut up and listen. Then they didn't put egg on the #1 crossandwish. The quality here heavily depends on which group of staff are on shift. There's one set of staff that do a phenomenal job and can... run the restaurant smoothly. There's also a set of staff that are nearly clueless as to how to run the restaurant. When the"good shift" is working, the food is hot, quick, and delicious. When the "not so good shift" is working, I've waited nearly 45minutes on food that was cold and nasty all because they got confused on where their orders were supposed to be going. To top itoff, the cold food they gave me wasn't even my order. So, if you like Burger King, feel free to roll the dice on the servicehere. You might actually get lucky and get the "good shift" and have a really nice experience. Read more
Go through for breakfast and order the eggnormous burrito. It would be great if they knew what comes on it. This is just a bacon... egg and cheese and hashbrowns. Where is the rest? This does not look that appealing when it's loosely rolled and missingingredients. I love burger King. But until this location gets some better training or something I will not be returning Read more
I ordered through the drive thru which was a slow and long wait. They forgot my child's chicken nuggets then when we got them... they were cold and hard, the other food was not hot. My Impossible Whopper was impossible to eat because it was completelyburnt. If I could give negative stars I would. Read more
Kannapolis Burger King is got to be the best out there. Staff and food were amazing. Thank you and keep up the great work
