After several visits waiting over 20 minutes before getting to the order machine to be told I have to go all the way to the... window just to take my order I only go inside at this location. After my last several visits I will no longer be visiting thislocation. I have to actually ask for my order after 20 minutes inside just to have the employee grab the sandwiches justsitting. The lady who ordered after me ordered a 6 piece and asked before me. Her food was just sitting in the warmer waiting tobe bagged as well. Read more
Super slow, always out of things with odd excuses. Rude, poor service. Last time I went there I ordered a combo meal but ordered... water instead of soda. The lady said "you can't just have water". I'm like what? Why? she said the same thing. I said can I havea bottle of water and she said yes. Made no sense at all.... Read more

I can not BELIEVE how I was treated last night by the manager Rosa. I ordered online to hopefully beat the line. Went to the... drive thru, and got told ?pull to the second window? after letting them know I was picking up. After TWENTY minutes of waitingin the line, I finally get to the window, and Rosa rudely snaps ?go inside? and abruptly shut the window. I was stunned. So I goinside already upset. Get to the counter, and my food wasn?t made! I asked to speak to the manager (Rosa), but was justcompletely ignored. After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally got my food. I get it was busy, but that doesn?t mean you shouldtreat your customers like garbage, ESPECIALLY if you?re a manager! I will say the gal (regular employee) working at the frontcounter that night was very kind, and did her job better than the manager. I?m officially done with this location. It?sconsistently bad. Ordered using door dash 2 days in a row and was missing food both times. First day I was missing 5 things of fries and a pack of... apple pies, the 2nd day missing more fries and more apple pies. Don't order from this store if you can help it Read more
This McDonald's used to be good. Now they only take 2 orders in the drive thru at a time. Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 large... pops. Then get to window, no hello... just "here" and closed the windows. No greeting, bad service Read more
Kids weren't very friendly. Nothing new there. Fries were hot for delightful change sandwich was average.
