Terrible service. Didn?t have enough change, so they ?were short? .37 on my change. Ordered a Big Mac, got a cold disgusting... sandwich hardly resembling a Big Mac. Will never, ever go to this McDonald?s again. Should?ve went to chipotle like I wanted to.Not to mention, no napkins..and we ordered 3 kids meals. Common sense isn?t so common these days. Read more
Ordered food on the app for pickup. After checking in an employee came out and said they were out of an item and we could do a... refund of the order on the app. Since we checked in to pick up, the option to cancel or refund was no longer available on theapp. Went into the store for help and got told by every one including the Manager they couldnt help, there was a place on theapp to refund. No one even bothered to go through the app to locate where it was. Ended up charging us for the meal we did notget. Had to call the bank for a charge back to get the refund. Ordering kiosks were not working. Staff didn't have cash drawer to take order. Used mobile app. Tables were filthy. Asked for... napkins and water to clean. None provided. This McDonald's is nasty . They will serve you cold fries mess up your order and the staff is RUDE, AWFUL and they act like you... owe them something. If you give they you rewards number they do not use it. This McDonald's food is HORRIBLE . They need toxlose for a NEW STAFF because they do not know how to talk to people. I went there for first time today to get me and my children breakfast. First time was a horrible experience in the... drive-thru(said there systems were down) when I went back I received the wrong sandwich I ordered and old food that has beensitting. Called to speak to a manager and she said she would replace my order. I went back to get new order and asked for halfof my money back because of the fact I had to go back. I then was told my food was not old which I have worked in fast foodindustry and know it was. But still said okay and got my new order just to go to eat the sandwich that had burnt old bacon andit was only half of a piece. And still nasty chicken mcgriddles in my opinion this is by far my worst McDonald?s experience. Read more
We stopped here for lunch today. Ordered from the kiosk and paid at the kiosk $10.25. the kiosk did not print my receipt. my... order was given to the wrong customer. The two young ladies that were handing out the food asked what the order was. So i toldthem. 2 doube cheese burgers only ketchup and mustard and a large fry no salt. When they gave me the burgers they were missingcheese. So they took them back and remade them. Decided not to check the order again before i left. Got back to our jobsite andi ended up with a medium fry that seemed half full, one double cheeseburger and one cheeseburger. Normally i wouldn't post it uphere, but i tried calling twice and nobody ever answered the phone. Would love if a manager could contact me.
