Lazy store. We came to get sandwiches at 630 pm and we were turned away because they were closing soon. The sign on the door... said they were open until 7 pm. It was clear the employee just wanted to go home. A family in front of us was also turned away. Read more
Worst Subway I've ever been to. We live around the corner and have had at least 10 experiences where we head to Subway to pick... up dinner only to realize they closed an hour early. Their store hours mean absolutely nothing...they close at least 30-45minutes early every single today. This evening, my wife went to pick up dinner for me and our children and they closed an hourand a half early. Subway down the street (next to Safeway) is always the backup plan and is ALWAYS open. The owner of this HuiIwa location must hate money because he lets his employees ALWAYS close & lock their doors right before or DURING dinner hours.The other Subways in the area told us that they get a lot of new customers because the Hui Iwa location always closes early andforces customers to drive down the street to their location. If your business hours say you're open until 7:30PM, that means youserve EVERYONE who walked inside the building before 7:30PM...you don't turn off the 'Open' sign 45 minutes early so you canclean and rush out the door at 7:30PM on the dot. The management at this place must be ran by a couple monkeys. Don't come here if you want your food fast. Especially do not, I... REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE AT RUSH HOUR TIMES KNOW WHY? They only get 1 person making sandwiches for however many standing in line,yesterday was 8 people in line 1 old lady making sandwiches. This is the WORST subway ever. I tried ordering on the app, the app glitches out and said my order couldn?t be placed at this... time, so I went in and ordered. At some point, when I got better WiFi, I guess the app reordered the sandwiches I JUST went inand bought. I got charged twice within minutes for over $55 dollars and I only got 2 sandwiches..... when I reached out to themanager he said he could not give me a refund or even store credit but he would give me a free SIX INCH SUB.... They have lostALL of my service for good. Read more
This subway is considerably worst than the rest. The soup never tastes right and the quality of the food just isn?t there. Even... the cookies are bad. Do yourself a favor and go to the Windward City shopping center one instead. My stomach hurts after eatinghere. Read more
I've experienced nothing but GREAT customer service at this location! Always friendly, I'll order by app and its always ready... for me when I arrive. They have a convenient "pick up" spot, so you don't have to wait in line as this location pumps @times. Sandwiches are always LOADED! Read more
