Everytimw I order extra caramel drizzle they never add the extra. It's only extra $0.60 but that's adds up.
The baristas we very friendly and service was fast. They were a bit busy, around 11am and still things we good. Fully staffed... which is Anaya nice. It was a bit tough to find though but it is there. Next to Foodland and across from First Hawaiian Bank.Plenty of parking and very clean. Read more
came to this starbucks this morning and i swear it is the busiest starbucks i have ever stepped foot in. all the employees are... definitely killing it but AUBREY??? literally whatever it is you're paying that girl it is not enough. her back must hurt fromsinglehandedly carrying this location. she was doing it ALL and then some, making drinks as if her life depended on it. ivenever seen a barista THAT busy and making drinks that quickly, all with a smile. if making lattes was an olympic sport, aubreywould be a gold medalist. my latte was great but me and my friends agree that aubreys talents were the best part of our morning.thank you aubrey for doing great and being you. Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and got a vanilla iced coffee; they thought I wouldn't notice. Not to mention the lady making... my drink was rude and looked overwhelmed; acted like I was an inconvenience. Location seemed to be poorly managed. Wonderful customer service, drinks great, drive through is the worst!!!! Its so bad the employees themselves probably hate it,... jams the parking lot and makes it nearly impossible to get to most of the other stores or even just park! I always park on theother side because no way in hell am I getting stuck behind the drive through line!! Read more
Strawberry açaí refresher was consistent with the good quality I expect. Had a hard time finding the store from the map.... Marking down from 5 stars because when I asked to use the restroom, they said ?the guy in there has been there for at least anhour and a half.? So that was a no. Jus bought a coffee they didnt put lid on all the way spilled everywhere then I look in the cup and see this nasty black stain.... Lucky to get 1 star if zero was a option that's what they deserve.... Read more
Times supermarket in Kaneohe has fresh produce. I like to go in the mornings for better selection in the meat department because... sometimes by late afternoon, there is not much meats left. A few times, when they run out if salmon, they do not get anothershipment for a couple of days! They sell good poke. The cashiers are short handed as well but they are nice. Read more
