Expect to wait a very long time unless you order the mediocre sliced pizza already on the counter.
The pizza is average, but the employees are unfriendly. I asked, "Do you have napkins?" to which they replied, "we're all out."... Hmmmm, you think they could've used some critical thinking to solve this problem? Did they even care to solve it; I doubt it. Iasked, "do you have any paper towels in the back?" Eureka, guess what they had? A perfectly fine substitute which they ought tobe offering all their guests. Even worse, you have to ring a bell because they're hiding in the back instead of serving in thefront. Poor customer service. ?---------- On a separate visit a different lady was 10x nicer. She was kind and had the AlohaSpirit. Therefore, I'm upgrading from 2 starts to 3. I might update more, but the owner gives a terrible first impression. Whowants to see a sign like this when you walk up? "The more you put in the more you get out" was the quote I think the PapaJohn's owner advertises here. That sloppy looking sign contradicts that claim. Read more
Placed an online order for delivery at 12pm. Currently 25 minutes late. No one called to inform Me if the delay so I called... them. No answer, then called again, no answer then it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I?m hoping weget or order today to sees our staff. In the lease, contact the customer to inform them of the delay and let them choose whetherto cancel their order or wait. Very unprofessional. Read more

food was okay but the employee was absolutely rude. just trying to order was so difficult the employee helping us was absolutely... rude just because he had to do his job. It?s like he didn?t want us to buy anything and kept saying they didn?t have this andthat even though they did but just had to make it.
