So I have always had something wrong with my order when I go to this McDonalds but it was just me or food for adults. This time... my grand daughter wanted breakfast at McDonalds and to eat inside. Said ok, order before arrival, got to our table, entered ourtable # in and the app says our food will be delivered to our table shortly. We sat there for 15 minutes and my grand daughteris seated and ready to eat. 20 minutes later they call my name and I yell back I thought it was table delivery. No we don?t dothat. And that was it. Not sorry, no explanation as to why not. So I leave my grand daughter at the table all by herself to goup to get our food. And then there was no fork. Go up there and ask if pancakes come with fork. Yes. Ok. There was nothing inthe bag. Looks at me still. Can I have a fork please. Gives me a fork and I say thank you. No reply. If she didn?t speak goodEnglish I?d of understood the non reply or no empathy. Bad customer service and food was COLD. They are lucky my grand daughterwas with me and sitting by herself at the table for me to pick up the food. In all honesty, going there is like you arebothering them with your order. Wow. Ruining the name of McDonald's. First of all, dine in was closed at 8 in the night, then waited half an hour for drive thru... for an ice cream, to get this sad disappointment of a sundae. The funny thing is, THE MACHINE WORKS!!! Read more
I hadn't been inside a McDonald's for over 5 years and I happened to come at a busy time during the dinner hour when commuters... were coming home. Despite all that, the lovely young woman taking my order was extremely patient with me and explained thedifferent options to what I was attempting to order. Every surface and area looked clean and sanitary. My food was tasty andwell prepared. No complaints and only kudos. Read more

My daughter need to use the bathroom urgently and they asked us to line up and order something first. We can not even go... bathroom first and order later. The owner of this Franchise is so inhuman.
