I called the manager 6 times, she or he was never available, they told me she will call you back but never got an answer. Reason... was because i told them i want refund for the 12 donuts that i order, the worker was not happy but she " gave the refund" ichecked my bank and never got a refund for it and nobody called me, that tim hortons is stealing from customer, if role wasswitched i would be arrested! A 24/7 Tim Hortons with a fast and efficient drive-through service. They keep the restaurant, including the bathrooms, really... clean. The only thing I am not happy about when it comes to this particular location is that they are often low on muffins. Read more

Going here is a gamble. I work shift work across the street so it is nice to have a Tim?s near by, that is when they decide they... want to serve you. I usually go through the drive through around 11pm when on nights. There are times I sit there for 10minutes before someone takes my order. Sometimes my order is never taken and I end up leaving. When they decide to close forthe night and open around 4am (perfect, my lunch break is at 4:30am) it again is hit and miss whether the person inside is goingto take my order. Honestly, I have no idea who owns this location but they need to figure out their staffing and communicationproblems. Just avoid this location if you can. Read more

This location did not have the full selection of donuts advertised by Tim Hortons, 5 staff and yet nobody taking care of... customers inside waiting in line.... When we finally got service it was very average and the employees seemed annoyed to have toserve clients. Parking is small and easily jammed. Read more

I ordered an orange pekoe tea with oat milk. Halfway through I noticed it was tasting more and more off, but wasn't sure if it... was just me. I called the restoraunt to check the expiration date, they assured me the oat milk was fine and wouldn't expire foranother year (also odd?). As I poured it down the drain there was white chunks at the bottom... long story short; it gave mefood poisoning. I'll be going to the location across the street from now on. Read more

Most of these workers need to be retrained on customer service, professionalism and respectful behavior. The supervisor was... rude and unprofessional with me. I asked her to give me two extra large coffees and two muffins. She rolled her eyes at me. She put the muffins in a paper bag, then I asked her if I could have some napkins. She rolled her eyes again. Later, I calledthe store and asked for her name, and she didn't give me her name. She told me it was against their policy to give her name. Itold her that I needed her name. She hung up the phone. I am very disappointed . They have lowered the service standards inCanada. I am not happy at all.
